Premier Veterinary Group (formerly Ark Therapeutics Group plc) originally listed on the London Stock Exchange with a premium listing in March 2004. The Company transferred to a standard listing in January 2015 and the entire issued share capital of the Company was re-admitted to the standard listing segment of the London Stock Exchange and to trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange plc with effect from 27 February 2015.
